Hello some update...my husband called NVC they told him for now they working on 2013 fillers to be over. Apperently the date of vb ll change from next month and expect update from april 1st.

kmohaseb, i just paid yesterday. How many days for this to get cleared?

It takes about 2-3 days

But sometimes takes longer I don't know why

You welcome dordor. Anybody know how to check your case at NVC without assigned number ? becoz the person on the phone when ll called said you can check online with the receipt numbet you have got by uscis to see if we put you in the system and the link by the way. Thanks for helping

Hi Lera66, you need the IIN or the Invoice Number in order to access CEAC. You may call NVC to ask for it. Check my timeline :) i got mine through call aftwr a month of NOA2.

I hope me and my kid can get to the US before the enrollment. Me and my husband agreed not to enroll our baby anymore since fees in our country is kinda expensive. She turning 4 on May.

Does anybody heard of getting CCd before they reached 60days timeline?

My interview experienced

Hi guys,my interview experienced at the US EMBASSY Manila Philippines
I arrived at the embassy around 3:30 am and I was number 11 on the line
Around 5:00 AM the guard let us in and there were 2 woman collecting the
documents :
1.DS260 confirmation page
2.Appoinment letter first page only
3.Passport
and then returned it to me with my passport inside the plastic and delivery
infromation sheet.You have to fill it out later for your visa delivery
Next I went inside for body and bag checking
Then I proceed to :
Step 1.finger print scanning and the woman asked me DS260 confirmation
page andAppoinment letter she wrote something on it and returned it to me
.And then she told me to go directly to step 2.
waiting time 2 minutes only before step 2
Step 2.Pre Screening Filipino consul.
He asked me the following documents because we only sent a xerox
copy to NVC.
:NSO Birth Certificate
:NSO Marriage Contract
:NBI
:CENOMAR/CEMAR
:Medical report
I submitted all those documnets
Questions
A.What is your Full name and Birth date?
B.Who is your petitioner?
C.When did you get married?
D.when was the last time he visited you.?
E.How did you know each other ?
F.Do you have a pictures together?
And that's all he then told me to go directly to step4 for final
interview and OATh taking.
waiting time before step 4 almost 2 hrs of sitting and waiting before the
consul called my # and I don't know why the're not using there screen to
show numbers.
Step 4. American Consul.( a woman and she was very nice.)
First I took oath after that she directly asked me a questions
Questions:
A.Your Full name and date of Birth?
B.who is your petitioner?
C.How long have you been married ?
D.Do you have kids?
E.what is your husband's job?
F.where does he work?
G.when did you get married?
H.how did you know each other?
I.what is his adress?
J.how many times he visited you ?
And that's all she said ( well everything looks good you may now go to step
5 for releasing.And then I said thak you very much!!!
Step 5: Releasing this time you will know if you have 221g.
1. woman asked me my ds260 confirmation page again
2. what is your full name and date of birth
and then she said alright everything is fine you may now go to 2go
counter for passport and visa pocket delivery.
2GO counter woman only asked me the delivery information sheet wherein you
have fill out all the details for delivery of your visa pocket.
And then I'm done around 9:30 am with a smile in my face and hungry
stomach,
All you have to do guys just be honest for every details everything will be
fine....

Hi if your IV shows paid already its automatic you can access DS260 already...Try to log in CEAC maybe you can access already because I read your signature IV already paid.

Thank you Jhez but NVC received ours cases since January 6th it s more than 2 months now. You talked about enrollement what it is please? We filled ours kids seperatly I130 each .

@Lera66, school enrollment. School starts in US around Aug or Sept, in our country June. So my husband and I discussed not to enroll our kid here anymore.

My kid is my derivative.

@jhez oh I see school in my country start beginning of September but is not a big deal my kids are 4 and 2 years old if I follow up the vb estimator we ll be current in March hopefully a big jump to be over by end of this year.

Can t wait the end of this nightmare!

Just an update we received an email from NVC that they already received our docs last Mar.06, below is the email

Already paid the IV fee last week still IN PROCESS and till now can't access the DS260

Praying for good news this coming VB?

The National Visa Center (NVC) received your documents on 06-MAR-15.

We are currently receiving an increased number of approved petitions from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. As a result, we are experiencing increased review times for documents received.

We expect it will be at least 60 days from the date we received your mail before we complete the review of your documents. We will notify you when we review your documents.

We are working to reduce these processing times and we appreciate your patience.

hi glemette!.. same case with 0urs.. g0t an email t0day same as y0urs, except f0r a different receipt date which is march 12, 2015.. we called nvc because the IV fee says pay n0w but we can't pay f0r it.. the representative t0ld us that it will be accessible 0nce 0ur ds-261 has been f0rwarded t0 them and reviewed.. as per 0ur understanding based 0n what the representative t0ld us that kentucky 0ffice is the 0ne reviewing it.. the representative t0ld us t0 call back again next week t0 f0ll0w it up..

August 10, 2015 - In Transit at 2GO online tracking

August 11, 2015 - Visa Packet received

August 12, 2015 - Pre Departure Orientation and Seminar Done (this is important for Filipinos leaving our Country)

Update: I can now access my DS260. Will complete the form today.

Next week ILs for May... so excited for the movement.

Congrats!!!! you advanced, I put finger crossed, soon will be my turn.

USCIS Stage:

Dec 02 2013: Priority Date

Feb 28 2014: NOA 2 Received.

Aug 14 2014 : No Visa available letter

Feb 25 2015: DS 261 Completed

Feb 26 2015: AOS Fee Paid

April 10 2015: IV fee Paid and IV Packet sent

April 11 2015: DS-260 Completed

April 13 2015: Resend I-864 to NVC with Check list and Bar Coded Cover Sheet

April 14 2015: New Scan date Asigned

May 8 2015: E-mail with 2nd Check list, CC but I need new AOS form for interview day, because item missing.

May 14 2015: Case complete by e-mail.

July 9 2015: Case Status Checked as "READY"

August 18 2015: Visa Approved

August 20 2015: VISA ISSUED (in CEAC status)
