Just an update we received an email from NVC that they already received our docs last Mar.06, below is the email

Already paid the IV fee last week still IN PROCESS and till now can't access the DS260

Praying for good news this coming VB?

The National Visa Center (NVC) received your documents on 06-MAR-15.

We are currently receiving an increased number of approved petitions from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. As a result, we are experiencing increased review times for documents received.

We expect it will be at least 60 days from the date we received your mail before we complete the review of your documents. We will notify you when we review your documents.

We are working to reduce these processing times and we appreciate your patience.

Congratulations!!!, My wife will send IV packet today. I don´t understand why most people are saying that IV invoice shown in process after 1 week. Shouldn´t it paid after two business day too like AOS fee?

USCIS Stage:

Dec 02 2013: Priority Date

Feb 28 2014: NOA 2 Received.

Aug 14 2014 : No Visa available letter

Feb 25 2015: DS 261 Completed

Feb 26 2015: AOS Fee Paid

April 10 2015: IV fee Paid and IV Packet sent

April 11 2015: DS-260 Completed

April 13 2015: Resend I-864 to NVC with Check list and Bar Coded Cover Sheet

April 14 2015: New Scan date Asigned

May 8 2015: E-mail with 2nd Check list, CC but I need new AOS form for interview day, because item missing.

May 14 2015: Case complete by e-mail.

July 9 2015: Case Status Checked as "READY"

August 18 2015: Visa Approved

August 20 2015: VISA ISSUED (in CEAC status)

October 15 2015: Visa In Hand

I also don't understand how do they update it at NVC, it should be PAID already because the amount is already deducted on the account of my husband.we don't have any choice but to just wait ⌚️?

Let's just be positive right now that everything will work smoothly?

Same thing like you I paid on March 4th, 2015 and still IN PROCESS

We have to wait, probably will show PAID today

I'll let you know when it show PAID with me and you please update us if it shows PAID for you :)

same here I paid IV on MarcH 5 the status still in process it should be cleared after 2 to 3 business days....

My interview experienced

Hi guys,my interview experienced at the US EMBASSY Manila Philippines
I arrived at the embassy around 3:30 am and I was number 11 on the line
Around 5:00 AM the guard let us in and there were 2 woman collecting the
documents :
1.DS260 confirmation page
2.Appoinment letter first page only
3.Passport
and then returned it to me with my passport inside the plastic and delivery
infromation sheet.You have to fill it out later for your visa delivery
Next I went inside for body and bag checking
Then I proceed to :
Step 1.finger print scanning and the woman asked me DS260 confirmation
page andAppoinment letter she wrote something on it and returned it to me
.And then she told me to go directly to step 2.
waiting time 2 minutes only before step 2
Step 2.Pre Screening Filipino consul.
He asked me the following documents because we only sent a xerox
copy to NVC.
:NSO Birth Certificate
:NSO Marriage Contract
:NBI
:CENOMAR/CEMAR
:Medical report
I submitted all those documnets
Questions
A.What is your Full name and Birth date?
B.Who is your petitioner?
C.When did you get married?
D.when was the last time he visited you.?
E.How did you know each other ?
F.Do you have a pictures together?
And that's all he then told me to go directly to step4 for final
interview and OATh taking.
waiting time before step 4 almost 2 hrs of sitting and waiting before the
consul called my # and I don't know why the're not using there screen to
show numbers.
Step 4. American Consul.( a woman and she was very nice.)
First I took oath after that she directly asked me a questions
Questions:
A.Your Full name and date of Birth?
B.who is your petitioner?
C.How long have you been married ?
D.Do you have kids?
E.what is your husband's job?
F.where does he work?
G.when did you get married?
H.how did you know each other?
I.what is his adress?
J.how many times he visited you ?
And that's all she said ( well everything looks good you may now go to step
5 for releasing.And then I said thak you very much!!!
Step 5: Releasing this time you will know if you have 221g.
1. woman asked me my ds260 confirmation page again
2. what is your full name and date of birth
and then she said alright everything is fine you may now go to 2go
counter for passport and visa pocket delivery.
2GO counter woman only asked me the delivery information sheet wherein you
have fill out all the details for delivery of your visa pocket.
And then I'm done around 9:30 am with a smile in my face and hungry
stomach,
All you have to do guys just be honest for every details everything will be
fine....

After IV fees shows paid which is taking longer than necessary, then you can access DS260.

We did not get any email saying our case was received, but i called NVC yesterday and was told yesterday was our scan date. Have your IV fees cleared?

Hi Dordor,

Do you know how long IV takes to shows PAID

It's still IN PROCESS since 04-Mar-2015

We paid both on 14th of last month which was a Saturday, Both cleared on TUES. AOS first, followed by IV fees. I do not know what their challenges are, they specifically wrote 2 to 3 business days. April VB is yet to be published as well. You are not the only one with an IV fee in process for so long, give it a little time, you can call NVC as well, who knows they might have an explanation. Good luck

Yes, the IV fees were already deducted on my husband's bank account.

Has it shown as paid?
