I will really appreciate if if you can help me with these questions as I am really confused what to put in:

I have already a prior approved K-1 visa. The beneficiary got the visa, but the Green Card was denied.

On I-129f, Part 1 question 14 says:

Have you ever filed for this or any other alien fiancé(e) or
husband/wife before?

What should I put for:
- 14-e Date of filing: (Which filing? the i-129f or for the green card?)
- 14-f City or Town (Which city, where I live or where the petition was filed?)
-14-h Result (Which result? for the 129f or for the gree card? In my situation, the 129f was approved, but the green card denied)

I really apprciate your help

14-e: I-129F filing date

14-f: I would put the city and state you lived in during that time.

( I think they wouldn't put that part if they were asking where it was filed because all K1's are initially sent to Texas and they can't expect us to know which city in which state the petition was sent to be adjudicated)

14-h: put the result for the K1 (approved)

If I were you, I would attach an additional sheet and provide more info about the previous petition you filed for someone else, including the reference/receipt number for her AOS petition that was denied. This will give you peace of mind that you provided all the necessary information about the previous petition you filed.
