Amman Embassy how long does it take to get your package after status change to issued

First, my apologies if this is the wrong place for this post. If anyone can help me with this question below I would appreciate it:

I had my interview March 1 in Amman embassy and was approved, my application status changed to issued on March 3. I haven't received my passport as of yet and I'm starting to worry about that.

The embassy is now following a new procedure in sending passports where applicants must log in to www.ustraveldocs.com/jo and register their IV addresses (pick-up/delivery) address.

I have done so this Sunday -lost my passport's bio copy and found it yesterday morning.. you need your passport # to fill the address- but up until now there is no available information about my passport in the website above. I called the call center yesterday and was told that the information is there & my visa was issued and that Aramex should be calling me within two days. Nothing so far..

I called aramex to check if they have any packages for me but they dont have it yet!

For those who had their interviews in Amman embassy recently, how long did it take to get your passports after the status changed to issued?

For AMM cases with upcoming interviews. here are the steps to register. You can register your address before your interview:

1- go to www.ustraveldocs.com/jo

2- Click on new application / schedule appointment

3- select IV address

4- choose your visa type

5- fill the online form.

my husband received his passport with the visa within 5 days. You realize it's been less than a week, correct? There is no need to worry

I know. what worries me is when i track my passport i receive "there is no status available for this passport". I will wait one more week

hello how are you? i notice that you finished the whole process and hoping you can help me. ustraveldocs.com is asking for IV case ID number which i tried the AMM## number and it doesnt work. the embassy doesnt help one bit and neither does ustraveldocs.com. so i am stuck at this part. i would greatly appreciate it for the help. thank you!
