Hi all,

I need some advise ....

Background :

I travelled to united states back in 2011 on a B2 ( tourist visa) using my Indian passport. When i arrived in US i got white paper stapled to my Indian passport which i have recently understood that it is known as I-94. When i left US no one removed my I-94 and i had no idea what to do with it until now when i read about it and understood that it should be been taken out when i left US.

I am planning to travel to US in a month's time on AU passport ( i have denounced my Indian citizenship and taken up AU citizenship about a year ago and i have an AU passport).

I have checked my I-94 records online and it seems my departure wasn't recorded so theoretically i am still in US.

Question :

What will happen @ customs ? I want to know so that i can prepare myself to save some time coz i have 1hr & 30 mins to clear immigration @ LA before i catch the connecting flight to onward journey.

Thanks

confused aussie

Return your I 94 and take proof of your departure.

If you miss flight due to immigration delay, they will put you on other flights.
