Does it say the RFE how many days you have to submit the new evidence? I think usually they give you about 90 days to submit it. Obviously the sooner the better. As long as you dont stay in Canada longer than the time given to send the new evidence then you should be fine. You can always call uscis if you have any doubt.

Can you send the new evidence before your trip?

PS. What was the RFE for? AOS? K1 visa? Please fill out your timeline when you can.

Ya they gave us 90 days to submit it. The RFE was for removal of conditions. Was smooth sailing up until this point. I want to get signed affidavits when I'm home to submit with everything else. I think I will call just to make sure..although I'm pretty sure I'm fine too.
