In immigration ,what requirements do they gonna ask?is it only the yellow envelop and passport they will ask? Or they will still ask any proof of our relationship?

Thank you..

At POE you will be asked only for your passport with your K1 visa in it and the yellowish envelope. It is possible you will get asked about your wedding plans. Answer any possible upcoming questions truthfully and relax :)

Safe travels!

POE will only want the DO NOT OPEN envelope and your passport with visa, keep these with you in your carry-on.

All you need to present at POE is your passport with K-1 visa, and the big yellow do-not-open envelope.

Did you complete CFO??

Very important. You will not get on the plane without it.

Also carry some cash in case you want something while in transit like some food or somethng to drink.

I think you will be fine.

Looks like you are all set.

The full interview is done before they grant you the visa.

the POE should be much simpler quick interview in most cases.

But did they complete the CFO briefing. Now that previous posters have pointed that out, I really hope they did it.

Take at least one ball pen, maybe two. You will need that for a couple of forms. You will most likely be given a SHORT form to fill out at the Philippines airport. The airline will probably give you that one. It is simply your name, address and occupation. "Homemaker" is an ok answer for occupation if you do not have a specific occupation. You will give that form to Philippines immigration along with your passport at the airport so that you can exit the Philippines.

Make sure your petitioner gives you your address in the USA and that you memorize it or write it down in a safe place to include house number, street address, city, state and postal (zip) code. For example:

123 Main Street

Salem OR

98765

Before the airplane lands in the USA, you will be given additional SHORT forms to fill out with similar information as the Philippines immigration form. There will be yes/no questions on the form as well. All your answers will most likely be "no".

1st is the immigration officer. Who will take your envelope and check your passport, also do biometric.

2nd, after collecting your luggage, is the customs officer

We went thru customs in November 2014, Immigration took her package.

They asked me if I had paid my taxes (Income Tax), and asked for my physical address, and they told us to go to USCIS office in Dallas to adjust her status.

We went thru customs and they took all my wife "Magic Sarap" said it had some type of chicken powder that could spread disease, They let us bring in all other types of food and powders.......
