Any luck calling NVC?

Has anyone had any luck calling NVC inquiring about your case once you sent in your IV and AOS packages and gotten a shorter processing time instead of the 60 days? I know the 60 day rule isn't the exact number and some people have gotten their approval in less than that such as 52 days. Will the NVC look at your case quicker if you keep calling or if you talk to a Level 2 Supervisor? Im not expecting an unrealistic super fast approval but even 10 days faster would help us. Thanks everyone.

Called yesterday and was told 60 day. I asked if there was any possibility it could be reviewed before and was told it's possible.

Currently they seem to be processing December 29, 30 and 31, based on what people have received in terms of case complete. Current processing seems to be 66 to 68 days and when they send out the notice of when they received your documents/what your scan date is, they are saying 'at least 60 days.'

The odds of receiving case complete before 64 days is currently exceedingly low. Sorry. I feel your pain. My scan date is January 12. My wedding anniversary is March 13 and it is very unlikely that I will see case complete (or checklist if we screwed up) before my first wedding anniversary. This system is so messed up.

I just wish they would've hired more people to help with all the cases. But I guess that's too much to ask. Ok well I'll still cross my fingers for at least no checklist and then I can deal with the 60 days. Good luck to the both of y'all!
