Moving from USA to Australia (merged)

My sister is currently an consoler which will be transferred to locate in Australia and they allow her to take family members along which will including me. However, I used to fell the K-1 visa in USA. Will I have problem to submit my document to Australia with my sister?

if i still continue living in USA, and in the future I want to travel to other countries like Australia, Newzeland, Canada... Etc. could I apply to thise countries if my guarantor is consular.

the document for your sister, is only your passport and some australian security documents, right?

what problems do you forsee? status in usa is not status in Australia, as there are 2 countries involved.

Why was the AOS from K-1 denied, and when, and list the reasons?

The guarantor can apply for your visa for these countries but you may end up losing your LPR status in the US if you move to another country and establish residence there. As a rule you can only be a resident in one country.

Are you saying you arrived in US with K1 visa, and I assume you got married

and filed for green card, and you got denied? Is that what you are saying?

If so, what was the denial reason? Did you get RFE that wasn't responded correctly?

Here is what's going on. Enter usa as a k1 visa on December 16/ 2012 - two month later they got married- file for adjustment - got biometric- interview date scheduled.

Here is the problem. Three day before the interview ice came to talk to my wife to claim that the marriage was not real While the ice found out we both living in different address. Actually she is still living with her ex-boyfriend. She said she is going to move to live with me soon but never happen. She had withdraw her application which is i129f. ice came to see me n told me that interview was canceled n want me to withdraw his i485 adjustment of status too so i can have a chance to re entry to usa.

later i signed a letter write by myself to withdraw his application and gave it to ice. After waiting for about 6 months i got his case status updates at uscis.gov saying my adjustment status is denied n mailed to me. I didn't get the mail coz i moved to live with my friend due to shortage of money for rent. I has no permit to work. Is there any benefit from withdraw my application as requested by ice ? Could i have been put in deportation ordered now ?

What is my status if i leave usa now ? Should i ask for voluntary deportation ? Or just by a ticket n return home?

Do I have a recorded for deportation if i ask for voluntary deportation from usa ?

Will it affect me to apply for student visa or a tourist visa to another country like Australia, Canada or uk ?

I'm sure the denied should have said he had a shame marriage but also state that he committed to withdraw his application.
