Naturalization question

Hi everyone,

I am eligible to apply for naturalization this month,my wife is a green card holder sine 2013.

my question is :

if i become a citizen will my wife have to wait till she completes the 5 years residency to apply for naturalization or she will be eligible after i get mine?

your wife can apply;

1- After having 5 years of residency- GC [ Regular eligibility]

Or

2- After 3 years of you being a citizen.

So, in order for someone to apply based on 3 years rule, marriage to a usc, the us spouse should have been a citizen for 3 years.
