Hi everyone!

Quick question, is it ok to mail I-751 packet the day before the 90 days period before the green card expire?

Ex. Green card expires June 10, 2015

Mailing the packet on - March 9, 2015

Somewhere on this site it said not to mail early.

Mail it when the 90 days period starts, or shortly after... like a couple days.

Mail it on or after the 90-day window opens. Do not purposely create any reasons for your application to be rejected/returned. Good luck! :)

You can date is as March 9th but make sure it is not mailed before your 90-day window opens. I had my forms filled out and signed a week before I mailed it.
