I-94 Travel History

Hi people!

I came to the US on a Tourist Visa (B1/B2) August 19, 2014 and I remained here since I'm waiting to get a green card which I'm elegible already.

But I was just checking my Travel History on the US Customs and Borders Protection website section I-94 check and it says that I departed/exit/left September 14 (my airline ticket was originally that date and I never canceled it).

This is exactly what it says but I'm still in the US and never left LOL does that mean I'll have a kind of problem????

This is like the 8th time I come to the US on my tourist visa and never had a problem or incorrect dates on this travel history. That's pretty weird in my point of view.

Appreciate answers. I don't know if this is the right place to make this question.

Travel History:

Assuming you stayed in US legally and are in legal status due to pending processing,

you might be able to go to the deferred inspection office and get that cleared up

because I don't know what side-effect it could have the longer you wait.

Also, please update your timeline...

one post removed and returned below without the nonconstructive content.

----------edited to remove nonconstructive reply--------------

To answer your question, the reason why your I-94 shows that you left the country is because you didn't cancel your flight nor notify Homeland Security.

post below removed and returned below minus a post that could instigate drama.

To address your original question, yes it could pose a problem with USCIS if your exit date is incorrect. They might want to know how you re-entered the country if you left in Sept and your records do not show an inspection upon re-entry. You should contact both the airline and USCIS to get this fixed before your AOS interview.

all - please address the op's question without the harassment, bickering, or judgment.
