Does my co-sponsor need to file taxes for 2014, before my interview wich is scheduled for APR 15 2015 European Time(APR 14 2015 USA Time), or i can use most recent taxes of 2011,2012 and 2013? He will file them till APR 15 for sure, but my question is can i use most recent taxes of 2011,2012,2013 cause the deadline actually is after my interview :) kinda tricky but please answer me

It is supposed to be the latest tax return on the date the I-864 was signed. Assuming yours was submitted some time ago, then 2013 would have been the latest. If the interviewer has reason (other than the passage of time) to believe it to no longer be valid, then he can ask for an updated version. Most likely he won't.
