If you feel better translating it then do it. At least just the basics like name of sender, receiver, etc. If you used a service like WU then it's pretty simple and they can figure it out by looking at the receipt. Keep in mind that later they will transfer the case to the embassy in Uruguay and if they are like in Argentina, they have people that speak Spanish there. My k1 interviewer at the embassy in Buenos Aires spoke Spanish. :D

Be careful about describing money transfers to your fiance(e). They may be construed by COs at the interviewing embassy/consulate as contributing to supporting a family, and thereby rendering you ineligible for a fiance(e) visa..
