does a job offer qualify me for an expedite at NVC?

thanks for your reply, I did search in Google but wasn't sure, there are more experienced members here to help.

what I am getting mad at, that I am being called rude because I think NVC are being extremely slow and lazy, for example, losing some papers for some people, and delaying them, generating check lists for things that are already included, etc.

which delays people way more than what the process naturally takes. (some people are jealous that some people get expedite while they don't, it is the only reason why they would jump into conculsions and judgements)

The NVC are not slow and lazy, they have thousands of petitions to swim through and are paid as low as any other government employee, they have to follow protocols and procedures and cannot do things quickly because of that, so everything gets backlogged, you need to understand how the system works.

People here are not jealous because no one needed to expedite and 70% of those that replied to you have been working for a long time now or are way past the point you are at, and are giving you advice because they have already done your process, and some do know more than you, no one here is jumping to conclusions or judgments, they are giving you good honest answers as to why they believe you won't be approved.

Do not let your emotions in the process affect your replies to people, always ask questions, but don't be hurtful over the answers.

Now this topic will probably be closed now for going very off topic.

After review, and after the removal of several assaultive and belittling posts and quotes thereof, this thread is permanently closed. It is not to be restarted or to be referred to in other threads.

The OP got her answers within the first four posts. It's fortunate that no administrative action is forthcoming, beyond closure of this thread. Should a VJ member be unwilling to read and heed advice from USCIS and from experienced members, that VJ member should refrain from starting threads in the first place.
