I 129F package Dallas Lockbox vs Local USCIS

Hi,

I'm writing my Fiance letter of intent and I'm not sure which address to put under

United States Department of Homeland Security

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

...do I put the local address (Guam) or do I put Dallas lockbox address?

After completing the package? Do I send it to the local office here in Guam and they will be the one to send it to Dallas lockbox or do i address the package directly to Dallas lockbox address? HELP
