Hi all,

Another January filer here @ TSC - NOA1 01/15/2015. VJ says: "Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between April 29, 2015 and May 17, 2015*."

At first the range for my case was set for the last week of June, beginning of July. Seems like TSC is speeding up. Even though it is all based on member data, my wife and I are both excited to see this :dancing:. It is not as good as the NOA2, but it helps a bit with the waiting :clock: .

Love your spirit!!!!! Approvals where are you we are waiting ?

You might get your NOA2 next week. I wasn't expecting the approval this early coz it says in my timeline might be April 25 and May 15. I don't get tired of checking USCIS everyday and this morning I was so excited when I read that it was approved, I even checked it for like 10 times. I know we still have long way to go but prayer helps with all the waiting.

I check everyday too ?

HI everyone.

we too are January filers with a NOA1 date of 1/12. I hope that the 5 month wait for the petition approval is getting shorter with jhondhrey's approval happening already. I'm checking everyday, but will probably pass out when I see an approval. good luck to everyone.

My NO1 date is 24th of December 2014 From Vermont but still no NO2 from their end last update was Feb 3, we have updated your named for I130 no further updates any idea when i will get my NO2

Hey everyone our I-130 PD was Jan 12/2015 TSC. USCIS approved our case March 17.

Wow.....congra...This indicates TSC starts looking at the Jan 2015 filers at a glance. ...hope April will be our time guys.......good luck...

I tried calling USCIS but all in vain. i ll try again lol, cz of frustration. :(

If anyone knows about the current priority dates (IR-1) on which Texas Service Center is working on , then please do share. Because the immigration timeline on the VisaJourney domain is pretty confusing like the dates are fluctuating back and forth.

That date was correct as of Jan. 31, 2015 (see label at the top of the table). :mellow: I would guess they are processing later dates by now.
