Hi Friends is their a way we can file a motion against US DHS regarding F2a movement to make it current like USC IR categories ???

I dont understand how the spouse of non immigrant work permit holders and H1 visa holders get to join their family easily, while I the US greencard holder have to wait 2-3 years. I also pay taxes on time like anyother individual.

Are there not any qualified lawyers who can volunteer here.?

Did it not used to be a lot longer?

Re

USC IR categories are current solely because they are prioritized towards US Citizens' families.

Irrespective of taxes paid.. H1 visa spouses get a temporary visa, while LPR (green card holder) families benefit from a permanent visa that allows lifelong stay, work, and travel. Short term pain for long term gain!
