Well all of you are lucky. No one from VSC is able to experience or share in that happiness. There are people with October and November PDs stuck with VSC and they haven't even received their NOA2s. I am a Jan 2014 filer and no news about my case as yet. Anyway I don't know why VSC is just not responding. I don't think there are any approvals happening there. I don't understand why it's taking more than a year to process cases from September 2013.

VSC is really bad !!! I dont know why dont they transfer the workload. Its unfortunate that even my file is with VSC.

Thank You

Anand

I think VSC started to approve petitions as fast as CSC when the bulletin became current, With several cases been sent e-mails to further the process i am almost certain VSC would advance in the coming processing time update which is released almost same time with the visa bulletin. VSC would soon start approving petitions.

Hi guys,my interview experienced at the US EMBASSY Manila Philippines
I arrived at the embassy around 3:30 am and I was number 11 on the line

3.Passport
and then returned it to me with my passport inside the plastic and delivery
infromation sheet. You have to fill it out later for your visa delivery
Next I went inside for body and bag checking
Then I proceed to :
Step 1.finger print scanning and the woman asked me DS260 confirmation
page andAppoinment letter she wrote something on it and returned it to me
.And then she told me to go directly to step 2.
waiting time 2 minutes only before step 2
Step 2.Pre Screening Filipino consul.
He asked me the following documents because we only sent a xerox
copy to NVC.

:NSO Marriage Contract
:NBI
:CENOMAR/CEMAR
:Medical report
I submitted all those documnets
Questions

D.when was the last time he visited you.?
E.How did you know each other ?
F.Do you have a pictures together?
And that's all he then told me to go directly to step4 for final
interview and OATh taking.
waiting time before step 4 almost 2 hrs of sitting and waiting before the
consul called my # and I don't know why the're not using there screen to
show numbers.
Step 4. American Consul.( a woman and she was very nice.)
First I took oath after that she directly asked me a questions

1. woman asked me my ds260 confirmation page again

Call NVC like some members here have done and have them review DS261, then IV fees would be invoiced. Then you can pay.

Most attorneys are clueless my apologies. You will be able to pay IV fees when it has been generated by NVC. NVC generates IV fees as soon as DS261 has been reviewed. If the applicant filed through a law firm both AOS and IV fees are invoiced at the same time and can be paid at once just like mine. I think you should concentrate on getting your DS261 reviewed by NVC. Call NVC until it is reviewed. Good luck.
