Upgrade F2A Dec PD got Acces DS-260 and DS-261

My PD is Jan 21, 2014. Today I got the email from NVC with invoices for AOS and IV. I could access them online and paid them both. Now I will have to collect all the documents and send them. Then just the wait for the PD to become current. Glad that things are atleast moving forward

Hey guys,

I paid AOS fee on Feb-15-2015 and filled choose agent which is me (The petitioner)

Still don't have access to pay IV fee and It shows as in the pic below

It shows " PAY NOW" and when I click on it, shows the pic below

Also, I sent all documents to NVC last Monday and called them to make sure it is ok to send the documents, they answered it's ok and will not hurt me

Please advice guys,

Seems like lot of us having this issue... I paid my AOS fee and waiting for the IV fee to paid. Didn't submit the AOS documents yet as I am gathering all the required documents.

Same boat too. Choice of Agent completed, AOS fee paid. Now collecting documents. Planning to send together both financial documents and supporting documents.. Hope IV fee will be invoice the soonest time possible. Goodluck guys!

I was about to do that too but I got hit at NBI and it will take 5 working days to claim the certificate. So probably I'll be sending the documents 1st week of March. hopefully if everything turns to be okay.

same here AOS showed PAID but still can't pay the IV.

haven't send yet the docs because I was included in my husbands 2014 ITR,

we maybe delayed for about a week or 2 but its ok because the tax refund he'll be getting far bigger compared if he'll files single.

I can't pay IV fee either. And I'm waiting to do my taxes for 2014 as I'm in US only since late 2013 and then get IRS transcripcts etc. So probably I will send package in 2/3 weeks time.

Today I sent from my country Nicaragua, all my original documents to my wife, She will send them next week. We haven't payed IV fee, also the DS 260 yet, We maybe get acces once that we recived the IV invoice.

You should submit all the docs to the NVC in one package (AOS + IV together). You can wait and mail your documents after you've paid the IV fee. But even the NVC confirms that you can submit your package as soon as your AOS fee shows PAID.

Guys question about the aos.what if my husband is making only 20,000$ -21,000$ for his irs yearly and wasnt able to meet the desired poverty guideline....?
