5 minutes ago I was able to pay the AOS and IV fees, but not able yet to access the DS-261. When I log in I end up in the summary page which does not link me yet to the DS-261. Hopefully I will be able to access it soon.

Don't worry, you probably have an attorney added to you case, that's why you don't need to fill out DS-261 and have both fees available at the same time.

And guys, please, don't forget to update your timelines, it gives a better idea about what's going on to all of us who're waiting.

Well all of you are lucky. No one from VSC is able to experience or share in that happiness. There are people with October and November PDs stuck with VSC and they haven't even received their NOA2s. I am a Jan 2014 filer and no news about my case as yet. Anyway I don't know why VSC is just not responding. I don't think there are any approvals happening there. I don't understand why it's taking more than a year to process cases from September 2013.

Actually...I had an attorney, but we dropped him from the case. May that be the issue?

Were you in the same situation? Basically I was able to pay but on the upper left side I am not able to click on "Choice of Address & Agent"

Just read carefully the first sentence. It clearly says what you need to do in order to change agent/attorney.

I know, that's why I am asking. I never filled the DS 261 form. If I don't have to do it, even better!

I am on the line right now with NVC, let's see what they say.

Just called and the representative confirmed that I don't need to fill out the DS 261 form as I am already registered myself. Even better! Yesterday I was told I would have been able in a week or so, that's why I was confused.

Vlad, thank you so much for your help! Btw, my wife also is from Belarus (Glubokoye, but born in Polotsk).
