There is a Filipino grocery store called Ser-Mart located Sunbury, PA which is not too far from you. Pick up the phone a call them and see if they offer balikbayan box service, if not maybe they can recommend someone. Worth a try.

Also, here are a number of Filipino Restaurants located in WP, PA. Call them and introduce yourself and ask if they know a balikbayan box shipping service nearby.

You have to think outside the box when you are in a smaller community such that you live in and get to know fellow Filipinos and ask them for recommendations. Filipinos love to help others.
