IR1: step NVC. I filled in the agent form (none), and both AOS and IV show as invoiced, pay fees. We paid the AOS fee. We haven't started gathering any documents yet. How long do we have to gather all docs? Should we pay IV now too? Thanks!

You have a year between each contact with the NVC. The sooner you do something though, the quicker you will be to case complete and an interview.

Thanks NLR! I was afraid it would be just a few weeks, a year is more than I need. :)
