For k1 vacines are optinal, but for aos you need get them at usa , you need to a doctor designed by uscis.

If your fiance doesnt get it here then he needs get them there, and at usa you need to pay 600 dollars, for that it is better get here.

Medical is around 350 medical and vacines, you can go the consultorio de visas page on internet and see the price.

About interview you schedule your interview on internet and about the early date all depends of how many people have scheduled on the month.

Sorry I'm a little confused, I thought vaccines were optional for K visas? How much money should my fiance bring? Do you need to bring medical results to interview? There's a possibility we may be able to get an earlier interview date so if we need to move fast I want to know our options, thank you!

Thanks for the responses! He had his medical this morning and the biometrics appointment. He was told he can pick up the results tomorrow morning before the interview. Almost there :)

The total amount of days from the date I mailed in our K1 Visa application to the day my fiancé stepped foot into the USA:

1 year, 3 months and 8 days.

The amount of days from the date we mailed in our AOS to the date everything was approved (after 3 RFEs):

7 months & 5 days

Which makes our journey a total of:

2 years, 3 months, and 8 days
