I cannot track my dad's passport on ustraveldocs.com/ph anybody else is having thsi problem?

"There is no status update available for the passport number submitted" is what's it's giving me. The U.S consulate took his passport on his interview which was on January 13th 2015 they didn't approve the visa because of 221(g) they said they need a written explanation from the N.B.I which we already did before he even went in for the visa interview. I am so frustrated it is well over a month now and still nothing from them! I don't even know what happened to my dads passport! Please help!

Administrative Processing since the interview, but they "updated" it on January 23rd but it still says administrative processing :( I don't even know why it's been "updated" but still says the same thing.

Meaning, visa is not yet issued. But any change in the date is good. Someone is going over your dad's case.
