I-134 #10 question..help!!

I take a look again on my affidavit of support my fiance made a mistake on the "date submitted" item #10 on i-134 it should be 1/xx/2015 but it was 2/xx/2015 and same on the date he signed the i-134 2/xx/2015.. This is not a problem? I will not get 221g on this? Coz if he will send another one he will spend again $140

Nope, in fact #10 can be left blank (unless he submitted another petition for someone else) as you are listed in #3

No he never submitted before. So no problem if the date he used are the same? Because he submitted january 2015 for the petition, then he filled up i-134 February 2015. But when i checked today its same February 2015.
