My situation is uncommon but not unique.

How do people that are contract EMPLOYEES (not self employed nor independent contractors) who freelance out to various employers for defined period contracts of employment deal with the I-134/864?

I have more than adequate income/ liquid assets to evidence financial capabilities but no full time employer and cannot provide an employer letter.

I have stated this in my I-134 addendum. Is that sufficient? Is some other supporting documentation recommended?

It seems like others must have met their fiancees this way since this form of employment allows you freedom to travel and spend time with them more ffrequently than the typical 9-5.

I would think your actual "contracts" would be very good supporting documentation. I'm a self-employed independent contractor and only have 1099's as evidence. Between the two I'd rather have yours than mine.

Thanks.

I'm including some of the contracts with the aaffidavit but , of course, this doesn't necessarily indicate present or future employment, as you know. They will have to take my word for that and I'm hoping that, along with my history of employment, will suffice.
