j&ana thak you..By the way what did you put on your I864EZ #17 current annual income?did you base it on your last year annual income?

I just started a new job about 6 months ago. I just times my payper hour times 40 work hours times 52 weeks in year payperhourx40x52=current annually income

I am at the same stage as you are maybe a couple of weeks ahead so I can not tell you for sure if that is good enough, but it is what I did.

yes it is ok to mail them in before you fill out the DS260. you just need the AOS cover sheet for both packes. if you wait until after you pay all the fees and fill out the Ds260 form. you will be waiting additional time.

If you want you can call the nvc and ask them but they will tell you the same thing I posted that you can send the documents in before IV fees are paid or Ds260 is fill out

I don't think you should send the IV docs before the IV fees are paid. AOS docs before IV fees, yes. IV docs before DS260, yes. But not IV docs before IV fees. That's asking for trouble.

Actually they are asking for both packets to be sent together now to speed up process.

This is what I and other members on here have done. If you call the NVC they will tell you the same. However if you do not want to do it this way ,and wait for the IV fee, to be paid that will add additional waiting time ( it will be at least a month probably closer to two months that you will have to wait extra), but it is your choice You can call NVC 1603-334-0700 to verify that it can be done this way, or you can do it your way and while others that had their case same time as you at NVC are getting their case approve. you will still be waiting for approval.

That's good to know that NVC has changed their procedures. It used to be that if you sent your IV docs before the bill, your docs will get lost in la-la land. I'm glad that's not the case anymore.

I'm actually done with my processing. I've just hang out here to try to give back for all the help I got during my own processing.

It is the NVC they are still losing stuff. It is suppose to improve the process. I am not to sure about that, it seems like it is taking longer for stuff to be done at the nvc such as getting case number and having fees invoice and documents review
