Ok so I paid my fee for the IV and the Aos. I put together all the papers I need for AoS and all the Civil Documents. .. but I am at the part where I need my wife's photocopy of her passport and passport number for DS-260..

My question is she doesn't have appointment for passport till next monday. So does not have a passport yet. Can I still send all the packets and skip that on DS-260 and she can bring passport to interview. Or do I need to wait till she Has passport?

For IV packet you need copy of beneficiary passport also for Ds260!

You don't want to send a package that is missing anything. You will likely wind up with an RFE for not having sent it and then delay your progress.

You will get a checklist if you don't send the passport photocopy, a checklist is something you don't want. Wait until you have everything before sending.

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

i suggest you wait until you have a scanned image of her passport bio page in your email inbox.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
