Hi is the workload transfer includes Texas service center to CSC and VSC? Cause in the news they said from VSC to CSC....anyone to enlighten me?

It definitely seems a bit tricky with the wording. The first part refers directly to the 130 forms, but the second part refers to the other forms, and since VSC doesn't really process I-129's anymore (that I can tell), then I would assume they're talking about transferring some from TSC. Let us hope.

Hey everyone,

I know it seems there was some success with them now routing new cases to CSC, but obviously a bunch of us are still stuck in TSC purgatory for the foreseeable future. That being said, I'm open to coordinating a request for in-person meetings with our Congressmen. I'm not sure if this has been offered or done already, but I figured if I could get anyone to go with me, it may be more impactful.

I live in Houston, Texas Congressional District 2, Congressman Ted Poe.

Anyone else interested in trying to organize by location?

If you were in Austin, I'd tag along with you, though I don't know that such a visit would do much good.

9/8/14 - I129F petition sent to the USCIS lockbox via USPS
9/11/14 - Petition received @ USCIS lockbox
9/11/14 - NOA1 Email and text message received
9/15/14 - NOA1 Official notice date
9/18/14 - NOA1 hard copy received
12/9/14 - "Updated" likely because of website repairs, like many of us received
4/20/15 - NOA2 text and email (221 days)

4/29/15 - Sent to the NVC (9 days)

5/8/15 - Arrived at the NVC (9 days)

5/13/15 - Left the NVC (5 days)

5/15/15 - Electronic version arrived at the embassy (2 days)

5/20/15 - Paper copy arrived at the embassy (7 days)

6/4/15 - Status changed to AP (which meant that we could schedule the interview)

6/16/15 - Medical

6/17/15 - K1 APPROVED!!!!

6/30/15 - Passport and sealed envelope delivered via courier

Not sure if this was posted but the USCIS Processing Time Information was updated on March 31, 2015.

Processing on March 31,2015 was the Sept. 18, 2014. I-129F petitions.

That's a little update but still leaves us all very very delayed and hanging.

In 1 month, they moved the bar less than 1 month. Even with all new petitions going to CSC.

WTH TSC?!?

I know, we are over 6 months now, no word... Plus I paid a lawyer.

I wrote a letter to the POTUS as well. We chose the K1 over the K3 because it was a faster route to get him over here even though it costs more money and longer wait to get the green card. Now, if we would've known it was going to take this long, we would have went with the K3, it would have save us money and he would have gotten his green card at POE.... That's what I summarized in my letter to the White House.

This is probably the thing that infuriates me the most about this whole process.

We also initially debated this when filing as well. It was always understood that K1 would come out much quicker than Spouse visa. I didn't care that my fiancee would automatically have her greencard upon entry or that I would have to pay more for the K1 process. I didn't care how much more it was. I only cared about getting my fiancee into the U.S. as quick as possible so that we wouldn't have to waste our time living apart.

Absolutely furious.

I have given up any hope of TSC speeding up - I have been here 5 months and saw them slow down from 180d to the misery of 220d we have now. At least that has remained stable. I am expecting 250d+ for myself, just so I do not get my hopes destroyed again.

Wow, just been reading through all of this. A lawyer initially told us the whole process should be done within 8 months. That wasn't counting on the backlog!

Our NOA 1 date was early December. I'm starting to think that an mid-October wedding was too ambitious, and that we are going to have to move things :(
