Hi how is your day going! :)

..hope you guys could share your knowledge about my concerns. Thanks in advance.

My EAD is going to expire this May 2015 and my Green Card interview schedule im not going to know until June 21, 2015. Now I am confused if I'm just go ahead renew my EAD (w/c is I'm late for 90 days before expiration and spend $) or I'll just wait till June (no specific date yet) for my Green Card interview.

So confused I don't want to lost my Job

EADs, as I believe, are valid for one year. The assumption is the you would AOS within that time. If USCIS has been delaying the AOS decision for up to a year, then you may have a valid reason for renewal.

Strike the above comments.....your timeline says you have a CG......True? If so then it is you new EAD.

Thank you I appreciate it.

My EAD expires May 15, 2015

My adjustment of status for green card will be June (w/c has no specific day yet for interview)

Now if I'm going to renew my EAD w/c takes a month or so, and while renewing it, what if I'm going to have a schedule for interview for my Green Card.

If you don't renew your EAD, once it expires you will probably lose your job because you would no longer be legally allowed to work.

If you want to keep your job, you NEED to renew your EAD. This is regardless of when your interview for green card is.

Sorry guys I'm just confused, can't afford to stop working.

BTW I've been here in the states for a year and didn't have my green card yet due to workload factors not related to my case, USCIS anticipates a delay

We just contacted USCIS and they told us to call again by June.

Thank you guys..

No, you will receive an interview DATE in June. Your actual interview could be in July, August, September...etc. You won't know until you actually receive the interview letter.

You should file to renew your EAD (and AP) 120 days before they expire, if you don't have your green card by then. There is no cost for renewals.
