Day 20. If it's a 60 day wait and not more, then I'm 1/3 of the way through!

And depending on when my interview is, my wife will be here either for my interview or to help me move, if everything works out! (She can't stay more than a week, so the time to get my visa in hand and get a reasonably priced plane ticket will be too long for her to be here for both events, but because of her work schedule, she can come for a late may interview but not an early may one, so it just depends on timing)

33 days and no case number, hope i will hear good news within next week.

I'm sure you will!

That sucks. Your day will come ANY DAY now. It's got to be on someone's desk, you've probably just got popped onto a slightly slower person's desk than those other people, so hang in there, it's coming!

At least if they're closed, workers won't get injured trying to get to work. A day's closure might save weeks of lost manpower. So let's try to be glad they're closing and losing us a day so that they don't lose workers longer term and more permanently.

I'm happy to be a part of this thread and the other NVC filers one. When we started this whole process the NVC stage seemed so far away. Now we're here, and just waiting again... No scan date yet. But I've read from others that have submitted electronically, the email "scan date" can take about 11 days to receive. So I'm trying not to worry yet.

Good luck everybody, and thanks for creating this space. It's nice to know others are going through the same thing and understand. No one else in my life (besides my husband) does.

My case was approved on 1/14; I received the NOA2 on the 01/21. Called NVC no record of our case yet.... Feeling some kind of way...Then today I tried to wish my husband and sister in law a Happy New Month on BBM, somehow me and my husband's bbm messages were merged into the group chat and I hit end chat and everything was delete... What's crazy is my chats with his sister are still there all of them, but on his end and mine there all gone...I have other logs but dang...I'm still trying to wrap my mine around what happen.. the crazy thing is it started a whole new chat with my husband. ..I so hate BBM... anyway it's snowing in Chicago and I am still blessed...Enjoy your week everyone. ...

I have nothing to complain... I'm sending the package by mail tomorrow. I wish everyone the best of luck..

Fantastic hope it continues this way. :)t5063.gif

No fears you should be hearing something soon and you can call NVC can't hurt. :)t5063.gif

Did you call? The squeaky wheel does get the oil. t5063.gif

I'm sure you will!

That sucks. Your day will come ANY DAY now. It's got to be on someone's desk, you've probably just got popped onto a slightly slower person's desk than those other people, so hang in there, it's coming!

Let's all pray for a mild winder back East. Why the heck don't they move to Ca for Pete's sake! t5063.gif
