Hi everyone now I'm totally confused if what's really the answer, I called the immigration today and asked about the ECC of my daughter the the lady told me that she needs another ECC again? Last year when we asked the immigration after we pick up the exit clearance and asked them if wee need ECC again for next travel the officer told us that NO need but now they said my daughter NEEDs to get again? Gosh!!

What's happening in this country?..

Someone here has same situation like mine? HELP?? We will be leaving phil next week.??

yes even its minor age, if ur daughter stayed in ph for more than 6months (but u know they are inconsistent with this matter sometimes even less than 6mos.still need to get ECC) 5 working days prior your flight u have to go to the BID (Bureau of Immigration) bring at least 7pcs-2x2,white background photos.

Rissa, you worry to much. Your going to have a heartattack girl. Take two deep breaths and your sanity will return. Think with a level head. :)

By the way, is your daughter from your USA husband or Filipino parent. I am just wondering if she is from your USC then you should have gotten her US passport and you would have no problems with her leaving. Just asking.

Congratulations on your "one coming up". Do you not have a US passport for your child. If you do then she can depart on that passport without any of the dram. Good luck and Safe Travels.

What Greenbaum is saying is that if your child is from you and your US citizen husband then the child is a US citizen and should have a US passport...no need for ECC...but if they have a Filipino passport...(which they shouldnt) then thats a different story...

Yea but our daughter was born here in Philippines and she needs ECC for the first time to travel international. Then when I give birth to our another one in the US then probably no need for ECC right?
