Several Questions HELP!!! AOS + Travel + Joint Sponsor

If I need a joint sponsor for my husband's green card, what are the income requirements for a single joint sponsor? Is it different than two people? I have a friend who is single and lives alone and she has offered to help but we can only find this list:

Family Size of 2 $19,662

Family Size of 3 $24,737

Family Size of 4 $29,812

Family Size of 5 $34,887

Family Size of 6 $39,962

Family Size of 7 $45,037

Family Size of 8 $50,112

Add $5,075 for each additional person.

My husband came from Brazil on a K1 visa and his mom passed away on November 1. He was unable to attend her funeral. He has a large inheritence coming. Since he doesn't have it yet, he cannot use this to help get the green card can he? As of now our petition was put on hold until we find a joint sponsor.

His dad is alone and needs help with moving soon and we had hoped to go see him but it seems they also put the travel authorization on hold too. Is there a way to push the travel authorization through while we wait?

For a single joint sponsor you would use two people, since it's the joint sponsor plus your husband.

He will likely not receive his AP until you comply with the RFE for a joint sponsor.

He should not depart the US until he has either AP or his green card.

Everyone loves my husband!! Once we told our friends of the situation, I have several people offering to help us!! Hopefully, I will be updating this topic with great news soon. He has no intention of leaving the US until everything is approved but he feels terrible because he lost his mom and he's stuck while his dad is back in Brazil stuck and really needs help getting ready to move out of his giant apartment in Copacabana!
