You may be right. I was unaware of special exemptions regarding the Philippines but who knows. In any case I don't think the place for them to carry this out is this site. They need someone competent with lots of experience. Many people who go down the foreign adoption path end up disappointed because they didn't do it right.

Nope they are posting in the right place, you drifting into the Philippines forum with advance that doesn't pertain don't help.

Not trying to hurt anyone here. You apparently have some information of which im not aware. Could you share with me the regulation that allows special rules for the Philippines. I am not aware of it and am curious.

There are Hague countries and non Hague.

From prior posts the issue is practical. There is the I 130 process for adopted children

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Apparently. If you are really curious you could read earlier posts or do some googling.

Be so kind as to not post advice that is not pertinent to the process for the Philippines.
