Ready, Case is Open ... What is next?

My status went from AP to Ready just this January 7. I was put into AP for over a month due to NBI issue. But CO said on day of interview of Nov 19 that he is approving my visa just that he Needed one more doc which i anticipated the NBI. As I mentioned, My status now is Ready, case is open .. Be back after 2 business days. But today is my 3rd business day and nothing changes. Please help me be enlightened. Is my case undergoing review still or what? Thank you all so much.

Well, give it an extra day or two to update but soon the status should change to 'ISSUED'.

Hello what visa type u are? What's ur issue about nbi ?

Hi Rissa , I went to NBI for QC interview for the letter of explanation and submitted and received by the USEM on Dec 12. I don't have any idea after being put on AP for almost 2 months , my Status changed to READY case is open. I want to know what it means when a case is now being touched and says Ready case is open.

Hi I'm on the same boat. I was AP for more than two weeks and my status just cchanged to 'Ready' yesterday. Tomorrow would be my second day. Hopeful for a positive update soon. Good luck to us! :)

My case was updated today and just went back to AP. And it also changed to 'Nonimmigrant'.. Still waiting here. How about yours?
