I met a gay man ( US citizen ) and we fell in love with each other. And he wants me to permanent here living together. Question, what are the steps we need to do in order for me to stay permanent here?

I am on a touriist visa. While touring around US, I met a guy ( US Citizen ) we both fell in love with each other after going out for more than a month. We decided to marry and later on, process my papers to be permanent here.

Questions:

1. What are the steps we need to follow in order for me to be permanent here?

2. What are the forms we need to submit and fees we need to pay?

3. My allowed stay will expire next month, what should I do, in order for me to process necessary documents?

If you decide to marry and AOS stateside, the expiration of your I-94 won't matter. Overstays are forgiven for spouses of USC. However, make sure you don't leave the US until you have your greencard on hand, which shoud take about 6 months after you start the AOS process.

You will have to apply for a K1 visa. It does get a little complicated because not all states recognize same sex marriage for example its not recognized Texas.

No they don't. There are at least 3 options open to the OP. And you don't have to live in a state that recognizes gay marriage, just get married in one that does.
