hi guys i need your help if anyone out there has an answer.

i am a permanent resident . i was married in july 2007 was approved for 10 yr green card in feb 2010. my wife has drug problem she is alcoholic and abusser, my mother in law rasing our kids. we were seperated since jan 2013 and filled divorce in july 2013 and in dec 4 2013 divorced decree was approved.and on 24 dec 2013 married to other girl i fell in love (not in USA). i want to apply petition for her to come to USA. but im confused i been to lawyers some say im not eligible to apply for her since i got my green card through marriage and i have to wait for 5 years and some lawyers are ready to take my case. i need to make sure if im eligible or not before i spend any money. if any one have answer please write back

Timeline

If you read the instructions for the I130 and who may not use the form you are ineligible if you are a LPR who got their status through marriage to a USC within the last 5 years. You can file for a waiver but if it is denied you lose all your fees..

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
