What an amazing community! I´m from Chile and just got married to my girlfriend while on a visa waiver. We are now working on getting everything together for the i-485 AOS and the i-130 and are hitting a few questions that we can´t seem to find the answers to anywhere in these forums yet.

On the EAD (I-765) what is my eligibility category since I am a visa waiver visitor?

What do I need to submit along with the EAD (copy of I-94? Copy of passport? etc.)

I have no Alien Registration number. Should I write "None" or "N/A" in those blanks on all the forms or just leave blank?

We will be mailing our package to the Pheonix Lockbox. Is it better to send via normal USPS to the PO Box listed, or is it better to sed it by Express mail to the Skyharbor address listed?

Thank you!!!!

Since you are adjusting status your category is c9. You need to submit 2 passport size photos of yourself. They do not need an additional i-94 since you are already providing one in you AOS packet. If you don't have an A number put "none" in the box since you don't have one. Save yourself some money and send your docs to the PO box.
