Applying for Visa from UK

Hello,

I am a US citizen and my husband is a UK Citizen. Can we apply for his green card while both living in the UK?

Also, we have the option to stay in the US. Would it be easier to apply for it from the US or the UK?

Well the option of staying in the US and applying from there is only if it wasn't pre-determined when you enter through a US port of entry. Applying for adjustment of status would then be considered fraud by using the visa waiver program to immigrate when it's only meant for tourism.

At this stage DCF through the London USCIS field office (and be thrilled that they have one) is your only option unless you make the mistake of filing through a US lockbox, which will add several months to the process. With DCF you're looking at about 3 months from the day you send in the papers to the day of the interview. DCF is pretty painless, really. I couldn't be happier with the way things went for us. The longest I ever went without hearing from anyone was not even a month when I got the NOA2 in the mail.
