I want to ask a question , can I visit my fiance why Iam still in AP

Highly unlikely. Since they didn't approve your Visa. They surely will not approve you to come and visit the risk of you not returning is too great. And even without AP Denial rate coming out of Nigeria is very high.

You can always apply nothing stopping you there.

You know what I think? Maybe he'll just tell the embassy that he want to visit his fiancée for only a few hours and return back home to continue the AP. Logical, isn't it?

No, it would defeat the purpose of AP, even if U

held a tourist visa CBP sees you are in AP for IV

would put you back on the next flight home

I have come across people who have visited on AP. Seems to delay the process.
