Why in the world is it taking so much longer for Phoenix USCIS office to schedule an interview for Citizenship. It will be 5 months on December 7th since my wife filed for citizenship, N400. We received one letter back in early August that her interview date is inline but since then, she has not received an interview date. Based on Visa Journey timeline for Phoenix, no one around my wife's timeline has received an interview date while all the other USCIS local offices have scheduled an interview date approximately 3 months after the biometric date. I thought for sure that my wife would be a citizen before the end of 2014 but it is now looking like it will take much longer. Ugh!!!!

Since her timeline is beyond the normal, She has requested that the USCIS provide info to why. They provided a date of 12/15/2014 before they would get back with her on her interview date.

Any suggestions on what else she should due from the rest of you?

She is not beyond listed processing times.

On 30th September, Phoenix was processing N-400s from 20th March and before. Even assuming a straight progression to now, they would still only be processing N-400s from around May, and you didn't file until July.

You will just have to wait, unfortunately.

Day 341 (12/10/18) Interview was scheduled for 1/14/19

Day 376 (1/14/19) Interview

Day 385 (1/23/19) Denied

Day 400 (2/7/19) Denial revoked; N-400 approved; oath ceremony set for 2/14/19

Day 407 (2/14/19) Oath ceremony in Dallas, TX
