Medical dilemma

I received an email this week that my interview will be on January 6th, which is very exciting.

However, I have a dilemma. I currently live in Brazil so my interview will take place in Rio.

The problem is that I am pregnant and I don't have access to my immunisation records here in Brazil. In Ireland it is mandatory to get vaccinated so I know that I had most of the required vaccines done. I have tried to access my records, but as I am 37 the Irish medical board don't have them on file. The doctor here in Brazil is insisting that I get the vaccines, as I don't have records. People I spoke to in Ireland said that there are blood tests that can be preformed to confirm the antibodies in my blood. However, as Brazil is a developing country, they don't have those tests available, at least where I live. I really don't want to harm my unborn child ,but I also don't want to lose my visa. Is there any way around this?

Pregnant women are able to get a vaccine waiver during the medical. Someone correct me on this if I am wrong.

"Only a physician can determine which of the listed vaccinations are medically appropriate for you, given your age, medical history and current medical condition."
