Hi All,

My Wife and I have recently filed an I-130 with the Beijing consulate and are waiting to hear back. I am trying to prepare for the next steps as I will leave China and return to the US soon. One specific question I have is regarding police certificates. We are planning on doing her interview in Guangzhou.

My wife is Russian, but she has been living in China, with brief trips back to Russia, for the last 5 years. She has been on a combination of tourist/business/student visas. Will she need a police certificate from the Chinese government? If so how is that possible? Any help is much appreciated!
