uscis technical difficulties

has anyone else been calling USCIS for a service request, and been told they're having technical difficulties? We've been calling since Monday morning when they opened and keep being told the same thing. We called 8 times on Monday, and have called twice today and keep being told the same thing.

yea, I called Friday and they said that but when I called Monday the lady said she put it in....I hope she did!

Some of friends are able to see their status. It's odd that some of us able to check.

May be they currently working on our cases that is why we are having this error

Yea Friday she was like oh nothing is working call back in a hour I didn't I called back Monday and she was having issues but told me to hold on and she came back and was like ok its working ill place your request. so who knows ill see in a week or so and if I don't hear the response back from my request ill call again . Hope you get your request in soon!

They did a major update to the website. It caused alot of errors. Just chill out and wait a day or two. You can do a service request online if you can get in.

im still at the starting process for my spouse , he is still in his country! but I needed to put in a request due to them saying I was pending security checks 30 days ago...so on and so on... I hope he got through!! good luck on your journey!!

I'm not going to "chill out" seeing as I've been getting this answer, since Friday, every time I've called. And no, can't put in a request online, because the I-765 form is not an option to file an online request.

When you finally realize you can't rush the USCIS, your journey will become much easier. It took me a long time to realize that. If they are having technical difficulties and can't view cases, they can't tell you anything. There are no miracles at the USCIS. You have to relax an let the technical difficulties get fixed.

When you finally realize you can't rush the USCIS, your journey will become much easier. It took me a long time to realize that. If they are having technical difficulties and can't view cases, they can't tell you anything. There are no miracles at the USCIS. You have to relax an let the technical difficulties get fixed.

I'm not trying to rush them, just trying to put a request in. They can view my case just fine, just like I can online. The technical difficulties they're supposedly having is with just placing requests, but yet others on this site that called I the same days I did, had no issues placing one. So in all reality I will not chill out or relax, seeing as nothing seems to be said the same to everyone else as it is to me.

Same here. Hopefully they will fix it as soon as possible. It is frustrating but don't have a choice but to wait patiently. ?
