Child born while the case is under 221g administrative processing

Our case is under 221g administrative processing since 10 months for immigrant visa and we are expecting a child in few weeks. Whats the best way to tackle this situation?

Give birth, file Consular Report of Birth Abroad CRBA for child, continue to wait for AP.

Yes, assuming you are a US citizen, get the child a US passport, should only take a few weeks.

CRBA is for US citizens, neither me or my spouse is us citizen and we dont live in USA

Then nothing you can do except waiting for AP.

And sponsor our child after AP complete and we got our green card?

How long does it take to sponsor our child when we are on GC. I know its pretty quick when you are US citizen.

How are you getting your visa?

through employer - employment based immigration. i commute to work daily to usa and live in canada

Check with your employer's immigration lawyer, they may be able to fast track the baby's visa paperwork once it is born.
