Is there a week between August & October (inclusive) that schools have some holiday while USE & St Lukes are open?

Hi,

My fiance and I are planning to marry in early December in RP. We'll then submit a Spouse Visa application. I know she'll have to make a trip to Manila for medical exam and another for US Embassy interview. It's been suggested that it might be possible to do both in the same week.

She'll be teaching school from June - October. Does anyone know if St Luke's & USE are usually open on days that RP schools close for holidays or do they also close? We're trying to figure out if there is a week that we can target maybe around the time that she'll need to go to Manila (if we apply in December 2014 then maybe around Aug/Sept/Oct 2015 I guess?) for her to have some school holiday days that she can use to make the trip and only perhaps need to be absent from her job for a day or 2 that way.

I hope my question makes sense - we are just hoping there is a week that RP schools might have 2,3,4 holiday days and she can use that week to visit St Luke's & USE.

Does anyone know if they usually stay open on holidays? And even better does anyone know of a particular week(s) in Sept/Oct that might be good to target for this?

Thank you

Thanks, any idea about St Luke's? I googled it but I don't think they list anything for 2015.

They will have holidays listed on their site.
