You should include tax transcripts from the time you've filed your AOS. Normally that would be 2 years worth of transcripts. Are you filing in CSC or VSC?

hi, do i is still need to submit the 1040/ w9 or just the tax transcript? thanks

Here's a useful USCIS link on assembling your package: http://www.uscis.gov/forms/forms-and-fees/general-tips-assembling-applications-mailing

They prefer two-hole punching on top and ACCO fasteners. There's no need to write the A# number on every page if all papers are fastened, writing it on the first page should suffice.

thanks, ths is so helpful

I have a question. I recently sent my i751 to csc through usps and the status says delivered n that was yesterday(blk friday) in which I assume the uscis office is closed. Do you think there's someone there at the office that receives my package or they just put it in the uscis p.o. box mail? I'm a lil worried about that. Don't want my package left abandoned. My filling window opens 12/1/14 which is this coming Monday. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

If CSC really received your package on friday, you may want to prepare for getting your package back to you.

USCIS won't accept even 1 day earlier filling as far as I know...

I'm very well prepared for it if it happens. I actually sent it early cuz I thought Friday was holiday for CSC but the receipt I had with online taking says it would be delivered on Saturday. But fortunately was delivered on Friday. So it's they send it back, then back to sender. Thanks for your concerns yurika n jim
