I called for my appointment and my medical was scheduled the 17th of October a full week or so in advance. The process was fairly straightforward and almost painless where it not for the fact I was told to bring to 3 Photos but 5 were required. Thankfully there is a jean coutu not too far from the clinic. My appointment was set for 730am. I arrived there early but the street parking are not available until after 9am, so I parked on a side street. I got to the clinic around 715am and there were already a few people there.

Walked to the windows and the receptionist requested 3 documents 1. Appointment letter 2. packet 4 letter 3. my passport. After that I was told 5 passport photos :huh2: not cool since I was told 3. filed the consent form biographic and medical information and told told to wait. About 15 mins a nurse called me, did the usual nurse job, draw blood, questions about medications, vaccination and allergies. I had to get the flu shot ($25) yet free at work. I was told to wait a few minutes after the flu shot and went to see the Dr., again quick question about health issues, medications, get naked, drop your pants, check here and there 10 mins tops I am out. Waited about 10 minutes or so for x-ray tech to come get me. same old stuff get your top off, wear the gown and x-ray done. Brought the receipt for the x-ray to the receptionist and I was told my tally $325 all taxes included.

All in all it was fairly painless. I was out of there by 9am. I could not wish for more.

I picked up my results today the 23 Oct and my interview is 24 Oct.

Wish me luck everyone !!
