Proof of family relationship questions (for Form I-130)

Hello there! Just a few questions about what to send as proof of our relationship and marriage:

1. It says to send a copy of our marriage certificate. Does this need to be a colour photocopy or does it not matter?
2. I have photos from our trips - I read somewhere that the photos need to be 4 by 6inches and have writing on the back sides indicating information about the photo. Can someone shed more light on this and what exactly is needed?
3. We don't have any joint accounts due to having met online.
4. We haven't really communicated by phone at all during our time dating/being engaged, and mostly just chatted on skype and steam. Do they want logs of this? How do I go about doing that without giving them stacks upon stacks of logs going back a few years?
5. I've been advised that affidavits are not strong evidence for this. Is this true? Should bother including any?
6. Other than these things, I also have all the itineraries and tickets from our visits every summer.
7. Additionally, do I add a description about why each item is in the package? How did you guys arrange your evidence? Folders?

Is this enough evidence? What else can I submit? I'm feeling fairly overwhelmed and I want to ensure we get approved instead of requests for more evidence.

It all looks good. I wouldnt send that many photos however, save those for the interview.. you can also save the call logs not needed. Affidavits are good!! I would also recommend you utilize the guides in here which show a cover letter.. and how to write it. hope that helps..

2. I have photos from our trips - I read somewhere that the photos need to be 4 by 6inches and have writing on the back sides indicating information about the photo. Can someone shed more light on this and what exactly is needed? ~~You can print photos off, several to a regular sheet of paper. They do not need to be a specific size but it is good to include information about the photo underneath (or on the back if you're submitting regular photos which I do not recommend, simply for weight.)
3. We don't have any joint accounts due to having met online. ~~you can get joint accounts even living in different countries but it's not necessary or required that you do so.
4. We haven't really communicated by phone at all during our time dating/being engaged, and mostly just chatted on skype and steam. Do they want logs of this? How do I go about doing that without giving them stacks upon stacks of logs going back a few years? ~~ a selection of chats that can be printed off is fine. Skype only lets you go back 6 months normally and steam doesn't keep logs beyond a couple days unless you've been taking screen shots of said chats?
5. I've been advised that affidavits are not strong evidence for this. Is this true? Should bother including any? ~~up to you. I included two, but I did so knowing they weren't worth much and having back up evidence.
6. Other than these things, I also have all the itineraries and tickets from our visits every summer. ~~Tickets, specifically boarding passes, are good to include.
7. Additionally, do I add a description about why each item is in the package? How did you guys arrange your evidence? Folders? ~~put it in an envelope. Use paper or binder clips. Do not put them in folders, binders, etc... they'll just be taken apart, hole punched and put into their specific folders in a specific order.

Your evidence should be fine. Photos and proof of time spent together is best but really, you're Canadian right? This isn't a high fraud country, in fact most people ask me why the heck I moved down. LOL

In my case I had only send in a copy of the registration of the marriage because I did not had the original until 6 weeks after we submit the petition, however we did received a RFE ( 2014-09-26) for a copy of the original which we send in and got approval (2014-10-10)

For the proof of Bonafide marriage we send a copy of Joint bank account statement.

As NLR said this is not a fraud country not much is needed for the submission of the petition , keep most for the interview time.
